Tattle Tale #1

Am I really the only one who this happens to?

Because family was in town (yay!) a ton of the wonderful food I chopped and prepared for the week ended up going bad.

We spent so much time at Dear MIL's house for the out of town family that was visiting, we didn't eat at home as much as we normally do, so those strawberries... mold. That lovely chopped zucchini I prepared for stir fry... slimy as shit. We will not discuss the smell of the cauliflower that was lost this week.


I'm sad about the good food I could have had and have a huge amount of guilt about losing that food. I'm not sorry about spending time with family, but damn throwing out food sucked.

Is anyone like that? They have perfectly good reason for things but the guilt lingers?
